Lyon coach Rudi Garcia has scoffed at Barcelona counterpart Ronald Koeman's complaints about PSG.

Koeman has hit out at PSG as their players and coach Mauricio Pochettino talk up the prospect of signing Barca captain Lionel Messi.

But last summer, Koeman publicly requested Barcelona sign current Lyon forward Memphis Depay.

"I have read that Ronald Koeman was a bit offended that PSG spoke about Leo Messi before the Champions League tie between PSG and Barcelona," Garcia told BeIN Sports.

"He was not shy in talking about Memphis Depay even after the transfer market closed. I call that: it never rains but it pours."
