Luton Town have announced they are hoping to extend the stay of four key players.
The newly promoted Premier League club will work hard to strengthen their squad this summer.
However, Luton are also determined to hold onto the stars of this past season.
Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu, Tom Lockyer, Amari'i Bell and Luke Berry will all be rewarded with new deals.
A statement on the club's website said: “Negotiations are ongoing with Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu, Tom Lockyer, Amari'i Bell and Luke Berry with a view to extending their time at Kenilworth Road."
A historically modest club, Luton will be one of the favourites to go straight back down.
As the club does not have the finance to complete huge money deals, they will likely focus on retaining their core group and making smart moves to improve their level.
