Lokomotiv Moscow centre-back Solomon Kvirkvelia has confirmed he's in talks with Leicester City.

Kvirkvelia has been on City's radar for 12 months but a deal looks to be progressing this summer and the 26-year-old says a decision will be made within the next few days.

City have already sealed deals for right-back Ricardo Pereira (£22m) and centre-back Jonny Evans (£3.5m) but another centre-half is wanted, with last season's loanee Aleksandar Dragovic also on the wishlist .

“There is a conversation with Leicester," the 26-year-old told 1TV.

“My agent is conducting negotiations with the English club and in these next few days it will be clear to Lokomotiv if I go to Leicester. “The English club's interest is there and playing in the Premier League is my dream."
