LOAN WATCH: Teen Chelsea striker Abraham on fire for Bristol City

Tammy Abraham has already made a name for himself for Bristol City after just three matches with the Ashton Gate outfit.

The 18-year-old striker scored a brace on Saturday as the Robins defeated Burton Albion 2-1 in their second Championship match of the 2016/17 season, making it four goals already in his trio of outings.

Following on from his late goal in last weekend's win over Wigan Athletic and his midweek winner in the EFL (League) Cup against Wycombe Wanderers, Chelsea loanee Abraham struck twice to guide Lee Johnson's side to a dramatic victory at the Pirelli Stadium.

In opportunistic fashion, Abraham turned home Callum O'Dowda's goal-bound effort on the stroke of half-time before Tom Naylor replied for the Brewers in the 88th minute.

With the contest seemingly headed for a 1-1 draw, Abraham bobbed up five minutes into injury-time to power past two Burton defenders to bundle home Jonathan Kodjia's low cross from the right.

At 1-1, Bristol boss Johnson revealed he told Abraham to remain focused as he was confident the youngster would get another scoring chance.

“I said to Tammy just as he ran past me on the touchline 'you'll get one chance so stay switched on'," Johnson told Bristol City Player HD.

With Abraham's good form continuing, so did his celebratory Twitter posts:
