Barnsley manager Danny Wilson was happy with the performance of Brek Shea in Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Birmingham City.
The 23-year old American winger, who joined the Tykes on loan from Stoke City earlier in the day, played 75 minutes on his Championship debut, impressing his new boss.
"Brek Shea came into the team and had a fantastic 70 minutes or so," Wilson said.
"He'll be a big threat for us going forward We only got his name on the team sheet at two minutes to two!"
The draw kept Barnsley on the bottom of the table but brought them even with second-bottom Yeovil Town.
