Fernando Llorente has no doubts Tottenham teammate Harry Kane will prove himself at Champions League opponents Real Madrid tonight.

Amid transfer speculation linking Kane with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, Llorente has backed the striker to make his mark on the largest stage once again.

"We have very good players, capable of playing very good football," he told Marca.

"With Harry Kane, everything he touches turns to gold. And he is very well protected."
