Bixente Lizarazu is delighted seeing Zinedine Zidane return to Real Madrid.

Zidane was confirmed coach after Real's dismissal of Santiago Solari last night.

Former France teammate Lizarazu said, "This return does not surprise me, I find it fantastic.

"I think it's once again an extraordinary time. After eight months off, he is back in great shape with perhaps new ideas, a passion and a huge motivation and it is true that it falls very well for him.

"Real needs a coach like him."
