Liverpool's Carroll in f-word meltdown at Newcastle

Liverpool's £35 million man Andy Carroll went into meltdown yesterday during defeat at former club Newcastle United. Carroll was hauled off by Reds boss Kenny Dalglish midway through the second-half.

The Sun says Carroll could not contain his anger as he was taken off, screaming: "It's a f****** joke, f*** off' at Dalglish before disappearing down the tunnel while ripping off his shirt.

Earlier, he had also abused his former Toon boss Alan Pardew, who accused him of diving to try to win a penalty.

He shouted at Pardew: "I did not dive, you f****** c***."
