Blackpool captain Charlie Adam admits the form that first made him a target for clubs such as Liverpool and Tottenham has dipped in recent weeks.
The Scotland international could be on his way out at Bloomfield Road this summer but insists he must pick his form right up to help keep the Seasiders in the top flight.
"For the last few weeks I have been frustrated with the way I have played," he told the club's official website.
"I'll openly admit that I've not played as well as I think I probably could have.
"But the players in that team have helped me and hopefully if I keep trying to work as hard as I can, if other things don't happen then my work-rate will help the team.
"The important thing is that you keep on trying 110% every week, and then we'll see what has happened by the end of the season - if we can stay in the league."
