Adam Lallana is set to be offered a new deal at Liverpool.

The Daily Express says Liverpool will look to secure Lallana's long-term future at Anfield, with the midfielder one of the next batch of players in line for a new contract.

Lallana has emerged as one of manager Jurgen Klopp's most-trusted performers this term, scoring two goals in the Premier League already this season.

And Liverpool plan to make contact with Lallana's representatives before the end of the year and begin discussions on an extension to his current deal which expires in 2019.
