Spanish club Las Palmas could beat Liverpool to the signing of PSG forward Jesé.
Reports from SFR Sport and RMC suggest that the 23-year-old is eager to join Las Palmas on loan for the remainder of the season.
Liverpool are showing interest in the attacking midfielder but well-known French reporter Mohamed Bouhafsi says that Jesé prefers a return to his native Spain over a move to Anfield.
The former Real Madrid youngster hails from Las Palmas and is eager to play for his hometown club in La Liga.
It is understood that PSG and Las Palmas remain in talks regarding a wage-sharing agreement in order for the loan to occur this month.
