Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino, along with teammates Alisson Becker and Fabinho, has been called up to the Brazil squad for the upcoming international break at the end of September.
Firmino hasn't played for his country since July 2021 and time is running out with the World Cup in Qatar looming. But after three goals in quick succession for the Reds this season, Firmino has won back his place in the national squad.
Brazil will play two friendlies against Ghana and Tunisia on September 23 and 27.
Both matches will be played in France, making it easier for the European-based players to travel.
