Premier League clubs are circling Wigan Athletic for winger Victor Moses.

The Daily Mail says Moses has put leading Premier League clubs like Tottenham and Liverpool on red alert after it emerged the Wigan forward was stuttering over a new deal at the DW Stadium.

Both Spurs and Liverpool were among the interested parties last time Moses was on the market, and are monitoring his situation once again.

Sunderland are also in the frame with Martin O'Neill keen on attracting young, English-based talent to the Stadium of Light as he continues his Black Cats revolution.
