Liverpool signing Maxi: The Premier League is incredible

Atletico Madrid winger Maxi Rodriguez is excited about moving to Liverpool.

Maxi, the former Argentina captain, admits he has always wanted to play in England.

Maxi has agreed a two and a half year contract with a 12 month option for a cut-price £1million because he only had six months left at Atletico.

Maxi said: “The Premier League is incredible. I have played in some English stadiums and the atmosphere is unique. It is the closest thing to Argentina.”
