Liverpool are interested in Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is eager to shake up his midfield options and iNews reports Holland international Koopmeiners is under consideration.

Liverpool have been scouting the midfielder this season.

The 24-year-old left AZ Alkmaar for Atalanta in the summer of 2021 for €14m. He has a contract to 2025 with an option for another year.

Koopmeiners have scored four goals and produced two assists in 16 games with Atalanta this season.
