Boca Juniors defender Gabriel Paletta is excited about his move to Lazio.

The former Liverpool stopper is being lined up to join Lazio on a free transfer from the Argentine giants.

"We have had contact with Lazio and are evaluating a trip to Rome," agent Erayabakan told Cittaceleste.it.

"The player is enthusiastic about the idea."

The 24-year-old will be out of contract on June 30 and therefore available on a free transfer.
