But they are weighing up a move for Barella.

The midfielder, 21, enjoyed an impressive campaign last term as Cagliari stayed up in Serie A.

Inter Milan and Roma are both said to be keen on Barella, while Atletico Madrid and Lyon are also thought to be interested.
