Liverpool are not interested in re-hiring Rafa Benitez after his departure from Inter Milan.
The Daily Express says owner John W Henry has ruled out turning back to Benitez, who moved to the San Siro after being fired by Liverpool six months ago, even if current boss Roy Hodgson's reign runs its course.
Inter announced Benitez's departure yesterday after agreeing compensation. He had been sacked by email on Tuesday.
Benitez remains popular with some fans at Anfield, and despite the change of ownership since his departure the new hierarchy believe his time has gone.
