Liverpool have tabled a new contract offer to Roberto Firmino.
Football Insider says Liverpool have made a new contract offer to Firmino.
Firmino's current contract runs out at the end of the season, with speculation that the forward may call time on a glittering Anfield career.
But an impressive start to the new season - his seven Premier League goals at times carrying a struggling attack - has led to calls for a new deal.
The report states that Jurgen Klopp's side are keen to keep hold of the 31-year-old beyond the summer, and are set to negotiate a new deal. It adds that their current offer does reduce the Brazilian's salary below his current £180,000 per week, but will give him the chance to hike that with performance and goal-related bonuses.
