Liverpool and Welsh legend Ian Rush rates Tottenham winger Gareth Bale among the best in the world.
Rush is convinced Bale can shock England this week.
He said: "I think before he got injured he was the best left-sided midfielder in the world.
"We've been blessed that we've had Ryan Giggs on the left-hand side and now we've got Gareth Bale.
"I think Welsh supporters are excited to see him. He's shown when he's played for Tottenham this year how much he's come on.
"In the Champions League against Inter Milan he destroyed them and we'll be looking for him to do that against England."
