Liverpool are ready to lean on Daniel Sturridge in their bid for Trabzonspor pair Ugurcan Cakir and Abdulkadir Omur.

The Karadeniz Gazette says Sturridge could help Liverpool land Cakir and Omur.

The former Reds striker currently plays with the duo at Trabzonspor.

And he has recommended Liverpool to both players.

It's claimed Sturridge is attempting to set up a 'management company' with his uncle and has identified a number of players to add to his portfolio – with Cakir and Omur among those he has his sights on.
