Liverpool have launched a bid for Gremio star Luan.

Futebol da Gaucha says the Reds have tabled a £29.9m offer for Luan.

But Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp faces plenty of competition for Luan, 23.

It was reported by Brazilian website Zero Hora earlier this month that Manchester United, Barcelona and Juventus are also interested.

Gremio are desperate to hang on to Luan and have set his asking price at £39m.
