Loris Karius says he is unaffected by the goalkeeper competition at Liverpool.
Karius has been given time during European competition, despite being behind Simon Mignolet on the Reds depth chart, and he will once again start for Liverpool in their Champions League clash with Spartak Moscow on Tuesday night.
"As a 'keeper, or in any position, if it's up to the player you want to play every single game, but it's strong competition," Karius said.
"It's a big club so you know you have to fight for your place. It's good, we respect each other [and] push each other on in training and that's all we can do and then the decision whatever it is, is always up to the manager, so that's not for us to worry about, we just have to focus on our work."
