Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson has been recognised as the best Brazilian player in Europe after claiming the 2019 Samba Gold Award.
The 27-year-old was instrumental in Liverpool winning the 2018/19 Champions League title.
He also claimed the Premier League Golden Glove award after notching 21 clean sheets.
Alisson's Liverpool teammate Roberto Firmino came second in voting, which included the opinions of fans, journalists and former players.
Paris Saint Germain defender Thiago Silva ended up in third with 10% of the vote, with fellow Red Fabinho rounding out the shortlist in fourth.
