Liverpool have identified Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr as a replacement for Mohamed Salah.

Liverpool are resigned to losing Salah to the Saudi Pro League in 2024 and are now considering replacement signings.

The Athletic says this includes Vinicius, who is on a list of candidates that include Real Sociedad's Takefusa Kubo and Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Vini Jr feels very comfortable in Chamartín, where he has all the support to be the main reference in attack this season, despite being currently injured.

The arrival of Kylian Mbappe from PSG isn't expected to change Vini's status next year.
