Liverpool icon Steven Gerrard dedicated the Legends' thrilling 4-3 victory over Real Madrid Legends to the late Ronnie Moran.

The Kop icon picked up the man of the match at Anfield before paying tribute to the long-serving Reds coach, who passed away at the age of 83 on Wednesday.

“It's been a difficult week for all the current players, the ex-players and the supporters," Gerrard said.

“On behalf of everyone at the club I just want to say we're right behind Ronnie's family and hopefully today's victory cheers them up a bit."
