Liverpool are giving Porto first refusal for Marko Grujic.
The Serb has just completed a successful season-long loan with Porto, where coach Sergio Conceicao is eager for him to return next season.
Grujic's form has attracted enquiries from rival clubs, including Hertha Berlin.
But the Liverpool Echo says the Reds are happy to do business with Porto and are giving them first refusal to settle on terms for the midfielder.
Along with Hertha, Serie A interest is also arriving for Grujic this month.
