Liverpool fullback Andrew Robertson believes his side's Champions League showdown with Real Madrid will be a game of nerves.

The left-back has enjoyed a magnificent European season with the Reds and wants to crown it with a Champions League triumph.

Robertson is pleased with how he and his teammates have dealt with the pressure so far and thinks this kind of brave and controlled approach will be key on Saturday.

"It's all about how you use the nerves. You need to use them to your advantage. We've done that so far," Robertson said to the club's official website.

"Against Man City we used it to drive us on instead of shying away from the challenge.

"That's what we've got to do on Saturday, from the first whistle you need to use the nerves and everything that comes with it in the right way."
