Morocco midfielder Sofyan Amrabat has hinted about his future at club level.

The defensive midfielder is enjoying an outstanding World Cup, as Morocco prepare to take on France in the semi finals.

While his full focus is on ensuring the North African nation go all the way in Qatar, he took some time to indicate whether his future remains at Fiorentina or not.

A Twitter user, Born 'N' Red, posted a photo of himself and Amrabat with the text: "Look who we bumped into. You want to know what he said when asked 'Are you joining Liverpool?'"

He then tweeted: "Here it is. He replied: 'Liverpool is a beautiful club'. And smiled. Make of that what you will!"

Reports from Fiorentina.it suggest that Amrabat cannot leave the club in January.
