Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk says Caoimhin Kelleher can be happy with his performance in their 2-2 draw at Chelsea.
Kelleher stepped in for the isolating Alisson on Sunday.
Van Dijk said: "I'm quite a big fan of him. He is a fantastic goalkeeper. He is learning from the best, in my opinion, with Alisson. His presence is good, he is confident on the ball and he is making good saves as well. That's good and we need him right now.
"Unfortunately, we conceded two but the first one he can't really do anything about it. We need him for the next games as well."
He added: "They have an amazing team but so have we. I always had a feeling – we were under pressure at times but we defended well as a team I think, didn't give big chances away – that we could have scored maybe the 3-2 in the end. But unfortunately it didn't happen, we take one point and we have to build on this again after the disappointment that we had last week. That's what we should do."
