Liverpool de Montevideo midfielder Fabricio Diaz is staying calm about interest from Brighton.

The Seagulls are making a move for the Uruguay U20 captain.

Diaz told AS: "Honestly, I don't know, obviously being on social networks you see a lot of the news. Although obviously being loved by the Premier League or other big teams in Europe is something incredible for me and I think for any athlete, and well today I'm experiencing it in a slightly crazy way.

"For everything that is being given to me, one thing attracts the other, but honestly I still don't know anything about this, my agent handles that, but well, being on the radar of those teams is something very nice."
