Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted there is no immediate sign of a comeback for injury prone striker Daniel Sturridge,

He last played on 6 December when he came on during a defeat for the Reds by Newcastle.

"Absolutely no chance for Daniel," said Klopp before Wednesday's FA Cup replay with Exeter.

"He had, again, a break in his training sessions because of some issues and he is now back on the pitch and training but always in a good way [then] losing time.

"He has not had any team training since Newcastle and that is not a situation where we can think about him."
