Liverpool coughed up £5 million to Swansea City for manager Brendan Rodgers.
The Mirror says Swansea's financial results show they received £5million in compensation payments from Liverpool for the departure of manager Rodgers and his staff.
Swansea City are set to announce a £14.6million profit from their debut season in the Barclays Premier League.
