Liverpool are confident Chelsea do NOT have first refusal on Benfica winger Lazar Markovic.
It has been reported Chelsea struck such an option during talks for Markovic while he was still with Partizan Belgrade.
However, the People says Liverpool's negotiators are now confident that this is not the case.
