French youngster Ibrahima Tandia is wanted by Liverpool and Chelsea.
Tandia is tied to Sochaux and will be watched by both Premiership clubs at the upcoming Montaigu Tournament for under-16 players.
Tandia, a striker, said: "I am at Sochaux; I don't have anything to say about these links.
"Let me enjoy my Montaigu Tournament. Sochaux's officials are the ones you need to talk to."
