Partizan Belgrade defensive midfielder Medo Kamara is being tracked by Chelsea and Liverpool.
The Sun says Kamara, 24, born in Sierra Leone but who has a Finnish passport, would favour Chelsea - and ex-Blues boss Avram Grant has just become Partisan chief.
His agent revealed the interest of Arsenal last week.
