Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers hopes to sign four youngsters this summer.
The Daily Star Sunday says his first priority will be to reunite himself with Gylfi Sigurdsson, who scored seven goals on loan at Rodgers' old club Swansea last season.
Roma striker Fabio Borini is a £10m target for Rodgers, who coached him as a youngster at Chelsea and signed him on loan at Swansea.
His third target is Inter Milan's teenage hitman Luc Castaignos, who the Italians will sell for £5m and might loan for the season.
Chelsea attacker Danny Sturridge is another on his radar.
