Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp won't end his summer buying with yesterday's deal for Xherdan Shaqiri.
The 26-year-old joined from Stoke for £13million following the Potters' relegation to the Championship.
The Mirror says Klopp is looking to strengthen two positions - goalkeeper and No.10 role.
Liverpool have been in the market for a new shot-stopper ever since Loris Karius made two howlers in the Champions League final.
The Reds were linked with Bernd Leno and Alisson, but the German sealed a move to the Gunners while the Brazilian's future at Roma remains a mystery.
And in terms of a new No10, there remains hope of reviving their pre-World Cup deal for Lyon captain Nabil Fekir.
Liverpool's pre-season continues on Saturday against Bury.
