Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is ready to go with James Milner at left-back for their Champions League clash with Porto.

The versatile Kop ace is expected to get the nod to replace the suspended Andy Robertson for the first leg of the quarter-final tie.

Milner, 33, spent the 2016-17 in the left back role but has mainly featured as a midfielder this term.

He has filled in at right back though, showing his versatility that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will call upon.

The Merseysiders' focus turns to Europe this week after they returned to the top of the Premier League table with a 3-1 win at Southampton on Friday.
