Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp remains determined to land AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
Despite the stiff competition, Klopp is fully focused on securing a deal for the Brazil international, says The Times.
Barcelona keeper Jasper Cillessen has also been mentioned, but the Reds manager is only focusing on Alisson.
However, their transfer pursuit is supposedly complicated.
Real Madrid and Chelsea have also been linked with Alisson amid uncertainty over his Roma future. The La Liga giants want him to replace Keylor Navas, who may be deemed surplus to requirements by new boss Julen Lopetegui.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are weighing up a swoop in case Thibaut Courtois leaves.
Roma want a world-record fee for the 25-year-old and, with Liverpool still hunting other deals, Klopp may have to admit defeat.
