Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is a big fan of Bolton Wanderers counterpart Owen Coyle.
The two clubs face-off today.
"He is trying to change things and hopefully that will be good for them after our game," said the Reds boss.
Asked how long he felt it would take Coyle to impose his own ideas on Bolton, Benitez replied: "Every manager has his own ideas. It depends on each club, on the facilities and players.
"Normally you need time, but when you are in a competition like the Premier League you don't have too much time to prepare because you have another game.
"But he is trying to do things in the right way."
