Liverpool may have learned about the possibility of signing a Juventus star this summer.
Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has provided an update on Federico Chiesa's future at the Turin club.
Juve are not in the Champions League for next season, which may play a part in Chiesa's fate.
“Any Juventus player could leave due to the situation without Europe and the financial problems. They will be willing to listen to offers," said Di Marzio.
"They are open to letting Chiesa go because his relationship with Allegri is not that strong and this year he has played in different positions and not in the ones he likes.
“Liverpool wanted him two years ago. They spoke to his father about him, but he preferred to stay in Italy.
"It's different now. He would accept a Premier League club."
