Liverpool attacker Luis Diaz is delighted to be a title winner this season with Porto.

Diaz left Porto in January, with his former club crowned Portuguese champions on Saturday.

The Colombia winger said, "I would like to take this moment to send a very special greeting to each one and also to congratulate you on the championship.
