Cristian Tello is ready to leave Barcelona.
AS says the young attacker has been told he's not in Barca's first team plans this season and is now ready to move on.
Tello has less than a year to run on his current deal and is admired by Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers and Arsenal's Arsene Wenger.
