Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge has released a new range of cooking sauces inspired by his Jamaican heritage.

The 26-year-old has put his name behind the 'Sturr Crazy' brand of sauces, which are derived from his mother Grace's own recipes.

"As a family we have always enjoyed meals together, and still do," Sturridge said.

"The annual Sturridge family summer party has become a real fixture and from the reaction of guests tasting mum's Sturr Crazy sauces for the first time, it soon became clear, it wasn't just me who thought they were amazing.

"Requests for 'party takeaways' have evolved to the point where Sturr Crazy sauces are very close to appearing in a store near you."

The Sturr Crazy range will be available on supermarket shelves in the not too distant future.
