Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has assured Lionel Messi that two star signings will be made this summer.
Bartomeu also intends to buy to strengthen the depth of the squad, with Don Balon reporting a budget of up to €250 million being made available.
The two top names on Barca's shopping list are Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho and Juventus striker Paulo Dybala. Interestingly, Dybala was in Barcelona last week.
After victory over Alaves in the Copa del Rey final last night, Bartomeu hinted of their summer transfer plans.
"Names will arrive who will excite the fans - and others not so much," he stated.
Coutinho's deal continues to be pushed by the Catalan press, with his Brazil coach Tite dubbing the Reds ace as "ideal for Barcelona".
