Marius Cinikas was reportedly on trial with Hearts, but the 22 year old now claims to have signed a six month deal at Tynecastle. "I have signed for six months and if I do well, I could extend that contract," Cinikas said in the Daily Record.

"A week ago, I was told to prepare for the trip and a few days ago I received the plane tickets.

"All footballers want to progress, to play in a stronger league, a stronger team, so the move appealed to me."
