World Cup-winning coach Marcello Lippi says winning the Asian Champions League with Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande would equal his achievement of claiming the European equivalent with Juventus. The 65-year-old, who won the Uefa Champions League with Juventus in 1996 and led Italy to the 2006 Fifa World Cup, is preparing for Saturday's first leg of the final against Korean counterparts FC Seoul.
"I give the AFC Champions League a lot of importance," says the Italian. "I won the UEFA Champions League and this would be at an equal level."
