Jesse Lingard wants to bring Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Jose Mourinho's winning mentality to West Ham United.

The 28-year-old has been excellent for West Ham since joining on loan from Manchester United last month.

The Hammers are on equal points with fourth-placed Chelsea, and Lingard hopes he can help his new club qualify for Europe next season.

"When Zlatan came in he was the perfect example of wanting to win, Jose as well he wanted to win," Lingard told BT Sport.

"It rubbed off on the likes of me and Marcus [Rashford], I can bring that experience to West Ham.

"I know what it is like to win, it is that focus and mindset of going into each game and winning."
