Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard is happy with his move to Old Trafford.
Lindegaard is now 12 months into his deal.
"I enjoy living in Manchester and spending time in the city centre. It is a brilliant city. You can feel that they are used to having big football stars around so they have a very good way of handling that.
"I have no problems with people coming up to me and giving me a clap on the back and saying well done.
"The Mancunians are respectful of the private sphere of the players and it is a great place to be.
"It is only going to get more exciting.""When you are off you have to put away your football otherwise you would go crazy thinking about it all the time," said the Dane to the Manchester Evening News.
